The 38th annual Interceltic Festival of Lorient took place during the first week in August with Wales featuring as the main guest. Founded in 1971, the Gouelioù Etrekeltiek An Oriant welcomes Celtic artists, musicians, dancers and writers from the entire Celtic diaspora to celebrate its traditions and culture.
The program included a range of bands, styles and languages such as Sibrydion, Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Catrin Finch, Dominique Dupuis and Quempallou.
