The Youth in Action Programme has just published a new call for proposals aiming to support partnership projects with regional or local public bodies or with organisations active in the youth sector at European level, which intend to develop or reinforce their long-term actions, strategies and programmes in the field of non-formal learning and youth.
Projects must start between 1 April 2010 and 01 September 2010 while their duration will be maximum 24 months.
Preference will be given to projects which best reflect the permanent priorities of the ‘Youth in Action’ Programme, i.e. participation of young people, cultural diversity, European citizenship, inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities.
The total budget allocated to the co funding of projects is estimated at € 1,2 million. The maximum grant allocated to each project may not exceed € 100,000.
Deadline for submission of applications is 1 December 2009.
