The Network to Promote Linguistic Diversity (NPLD) is currently requesting quotes to appoint an evaluator for the Network as detailed in the documents posted above. 

The main areas of requirements are as follows:

• - Assess the NPLD’s progress against its high level objectives as set out in its EU funding application and its Statement of Core Principles and Objectives; including an assessment of the structures put in place to run the NPLD as well as the processes employed to achieve the network’s main objectives;
•  
  - Qualify and evaluate the outcomes achieved by the NPLD since its inception and their impact;  
•  
• - Make recommendations as appropriate for refining the NPLD's activities to achieve better outcomes and outcomes better aligned with the high-level objectives; and  
• - Make recommendations in relation to future monitoring and evaluation methodologies for the NPLD as seem appropriate.
• It is the envisaged that a period of some 20 days will be required for the evaluation.
