These are the issues being discussed today by a group of expert in Brussels in a series of roundtable events, organised by NPLD2020. Present will be MEP’s, representative of the European Commission, members of regional governments, associations, industry and professionals from universities, all of who have competent knowledge and experience of both areas under discussion.
