Paper: “For a European Agency for Multilingualism”

Categorised in: ,

MEP Bernat Joan signs the paper “For a European Agency for Multilingualism”, edited by Coppieters Foundation (June 2018), to outline the reasons why the creation of a European Agency for Multilingualism (EAM) should be considered. The author advocates that such an agency should be tasked with ensuring linguistic diversity in Europe and targeting the objective of ensuring that citizens of Europe speak at least three languages fluently and easily, as the Europe 2020 Strategy suggests.
